The Heart of Wellness airs the fourth Sunday of each month at 12PM central time on WDRT. Both chiropractors, Drs. Paul & Paula Grenier interview guests on topics related to alternative paths and views of wellness. The show is produced by Dan Krings.

The Heart of Wellness explores what it means to be a whole and healthy person,  expressing one’s true potential in every way.  We take our structure from the University of California, Riverside’s articulation of the Seven Dimensions of Wellness.  We do our best to help our listeners learn new ways to create their best life, whether that be exploring how the workplace can promote emotional wellness or looking at a new type of energetic medicine.  We’re here to support the fullest expression of the human being in the  context of a healthy planet,  wherever that may take us.

From one week to the next, you’ll learn about such diverse topics as the mental health benefits of dance; how nuclear power affects our individual health and the health of the planet; the “newest” ancient way to practice acupuncture; all about Ayurveda; the importance of ritual and ceremony in our lives; the link between yoga and meditation; reverential eating; and so much more.
