Holahan, Driftless Community Radio’s one-of-a-kind commentator about anything and everything, will be sharing his wit and wisdom on the stage at the Landmark Center, 500 E. Jefferson St, Viroqua.
Ed has been delivering his unique 5-minute perspective and observations about the world and life to the WDRT listening audience on a weekly basis for the past 13 years, serving up a new essay every week. In that time The View has covered just about everything from The Big Bang to Brussels Sprouts, Road Trips to Prairie Winds. Listeners have found his sometimes offbeat, frequently humorous, always incisive and often heartwarming commentary a special Friday morning treat they never miss hearing. Ed will share a short list of his favorites with his Viroqua audience.
As an extra treat, the show will open with the lilting music of local virtuoso flutist Stephanie Pedretti, and surprise visits from WDRT DJs will punctuate the evening. Emcee Margot Hipwell will guide the evening’s proceedings.
Admission is free, but there will be a free will offering, with all proceeds going to support WDRT.
