January 28, 2012 – Cross-Country Ski Workshop

Learn proper classic technique including basic stride and-glide, fall recovery, proper pole positioning, turning techniques, and speed control.  Workshop also welcomes experienced skiers who want to brush up on their skills.  Open to all levels.  Some ski equipment will be available for use.  Please call to reserve your size.  1:00 – 4:00 pm.  Instructor:  Jeff Banowetz.  Fee: $15/$13.50KVR Friend; $7.50 Kids 12 and under (with adult).  Registration deadline:  January 13, 2012.  For more information or to register, click here.
